Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one, skilled nursing care in home, hospital, or assisted living settings. As a Private Duty RN, you will play a key role in supporting patient recovery, managing chronic conditions, and improving overall quality of life.
What We're Looking For:
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Monitor patient health and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and home care
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies in a timely, professional manner
- Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members to ensure coordinated care
Requirements
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Houston and nearby areas

Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and deliver one-on-one personal care to clients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or hospitals. As a Private Duty CNA, you will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, assist with mobility and hygiene, and offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
What We're Looking For:
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
- Supporting mobility and transfers safely
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition to supervising nurses
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the client
- Supporting client independence and dignity in every interaction
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Houston and nearby areas
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with RNs and families
